Unlike other agencies, we always offer to visit clients at their home or hospital/care home and carry out a FREE assessment to fully understand the needs and level of care required. We will also explain fully how the agency operates and answer any questions you and your loved ones might have.

Finding the right carer is the most important factor and we are so fortunate to have many excellent carers who have been with the Featherbed agency for a long time.

Our fully trained and experienced carers help people with all sorts of illnesses, such as MS, Parkinson’s, Motor Neurone, strokes, and cancer.

We are committed to providing palliative care, being able to support someone at the end of their life knowing that they are in the secure and familiar surroundings of their own home.
